Staging, Site Access & Trackway
SRD Group work in conjunction with a number of partners in the industry to bring you a large choice of cost effective stages to suit any event, from small decking based solutions which we can supply from stock, to large format stages to suit orchestral events. In between, there are trailer based stages which can go up in less than 3 hours, ideal for one day events where build and break-down times are limited.
In front of the stage, a pit barrier is essential at most rock and pop concerts. SRD can include this as part of a stage quote or on its own.
Also essential at most outdoor concerts is a disabled viewing platform. We can build these to comply with the latest regulations at various sizes.
On sensitive fields or where heavy vehicle access is required, a track is a must. Lorries getting stuck can cost valuable time as well as ruining the ground. We have partnered with several companies who can supply all forms of track way and pedestrian walkway, helping to prevent your event sinking into the mud!
Where cabling runs across areas used by people or vehicles, it needs protection. We have a range of options, from simple rubber matting to cable ramp systems suitable to protect cables where heavy lorry movement is expected.
