St Dionis Church, Parsons Green

St Dionis is a stunning Grade II Anglican church in Parsons Green, Fulham, which was in need of some improved technical infrastructure from a specialist installation provider.

The SRD team (headed by Matt Stridgen) was initially engaged to work on the house lighting for St Dionis, and church council member Charles Lunnon commented: “Matt has been absolutely superb; he has redesigned the spec to meet both the client’s functional requirements and budget as best possible whilst allowing flexibility for the system going forwards.

“He has delivered excellently on the vision that was set (a performance lighting system with a very basic control system but the flexibility to indirect adjust) and is continuing to provide first class support as we bed the new system in.”

As the work progressed, St Dionis began to increase the scope of the project to include the reinstallation of the sound and visual system (which had previously been installed by a different firm).

“The SRD team jumped straight to on this testing and rerunning new cables where necessary and getting us back up and running with a better solution than previously setup,” continued Lunnon. “I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and Ian for work relating to any of the above three disciplines.”
